INNOVATION IN MATERIALS

We innovate by utilizing an entirely new polyurethane (PU) material rotational molding process. Building upon the advantages of traditional resin fiberglass production processes, we have enhanced product toughness, ensured pollution-free manufacturing, and significantly improved production efficiency.

We have achieved the highest level of maturity in this technology in the industry, with over ten proprietary patents. In 2022, we were recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.

STANDARDIZATION FOR PERSONALIZATION

In accordance with the characteristics of different products, we have independently developed and designed production processes such as spraying, precision finishing, and assembly lines. This has made our production site more organized and efficient, solving the challenges of standardized production in the mannequins industry.

DESIGN
In the design phase, we create a conceptual design for the mannequins based on specific
requirements. This includes determining the shape, size, proportions, and incorporating
decorative elements and intricate details to align with the design goal.
3D PRINTING AND REFINEMENT
Following the design, we use 3D modeling technology to create a detailed 3D model of
the mannequin. This 3D model is then 3D printed and meticulously refined to ensure it
precisely matches the design requirements.
MOLD DEVELOPMENT
After achieving a refined 3D printed mannequin, we proceed to develop the production molds.
These molds are essential for the manufacturing process.
MOLDING AND SANDING
With the molds ready, we move forward with the actual production process. Depending on the
material chosen, we utilize either PU (Polyurethane) molding or FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic)
molding. During this stage, we pay meticulous attention to detail and carry out fine-tuning
to ensure every aspect of the mannequins is in accordance with the design.
PAINTING AND ASSEMBLY
Following the sanding process, we proceed to paint and assemble the mannequins.
This involves carefully applying paint to achieve the desired color and appearance. Additionally
we may include fabric covering, makeup, and any special treatments required to enhance its
visual appeal.
PACKAGING
Before final delivery, each mannequin undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection
to ensure it meets our strict quality standards. Once it passes inspection
we meticulously pack the mannequins, preparing them for shipping.
